An autonomous drone swarm, orchestrated by a highly optimized, neural-network-driven command matrix, suffers none of these limitations.

When confronted with algorithmic speed, a human-operated defense system is obsolete before the first shot is fired. The testing and validation of military-grade models require adversarial red-teaming far beyond what is required for commercial software. The tolerance for a hallucinated "false positive" in consumer AI is an error message; the tolerance for a "false positive" in military AI is a war crime.

The deployment of artificial intelligence in warfare is an unavoidable reality. The focus of the international defense and engineering communities must pivot from prevention to strict, structural regulation.
